Scoring method
Each three-item subscale is 0–12; all six sum to 0–72.
Interpretation & limitations
- Higher values indicate more reported obsessive-compulsive symptoms. Proposed screening thresholds are population-dependent.
- The hoarding component does not establish hoarding disorder.
- Do not use OCI-CV, OCI-4 or the older OCI scoring key for this tool.
